Perma-Bans

No amount of perma-bans will make shitty players any less shitty.

Shitty players make others rage at them, by virtue of being shitty.

It's just a fact of life. The everyone gets a trophy mentality is a joke, and these are the kind(s) of people who won't ever succeed in life. Criticism is a necessary part of life.

Also, when I figured out it was easier to spend $20 on new account then spend $ on rp for champs/boosts, I stopped paying riot a dime. EBAY ftw. Getting refunded all my old RP purchases through paypal was also a snap. Remember kids, there is always a recourse. Riot is shooting themselves in the foot with the new system. Perma-bans for trivial stuff? Lol. The money train is going to grind to a halt when people realize all their crap can be taken from them. If you don't want negative attitudes in your games, remove negative players' chat capabilities. The reality remains, however, that no amount of negativity makes them any less skilled at the game, and shitty players SHOULD feel shitty for ruining the game for their four other teammates - which is where the vast majority of negativity comes from in the game from the first place.

You sound like you could use one of those candy bars with the penuts in them.

You do understand that if you keep making false refund charges they can file a fraud lawsuit on you and have you jailed. Keep that in mind.

Regardless, the only constant in your games is YOU, and seeing as you are constantly being banned it's not the other people's fault, it's yours for being an obnoxious jackass and breaking the contract you agreed to before even being able to enter your account information. Like it or not, you DO have to follow their rules or you WILL loose each and every account you buy.

You have the ability to NOT type in chat, how about you try that for a change instead of being a whiny jackass because they don't do what you say, or play how you think they should.

The fact that you have nothing to say contrary to the obvious statements I've made pretty much cements my point.

No, they can't. It's not a false charge when you are denied something you purchased. That's how transactions work. If you lease a car, and then the dealer says you can't drive it anymore, you'd certainly get your money back on the lease - because that's how commerce is conducted.

Your premise is simply false. I never rage at "shitty players" (your words, not mine).

An imaginary, non-binding, non-legal TOU has no legal authority over a person(s). Additionally, since paypal is the actual money handler, paypal's contract has the authority over refunds - it's even funny how they worded the end of the last paragraph... "OR ANY OTHER DAMAGE OR LOSS OF ANY KIND CAUSED TO THE GAME ASSETS, VIRTUAL ITEMS OR RIOT POINTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE DELETION OF GAME ASSETS, VIRTUAL ITEMS OR RIOT POINTS UPON THE TERMINATION OR EXPIRATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT." Literally, they aren't liable to damage to the assets (the points themselves), however they are still legally bound to refund your monies. You can argue the point, but I have $235 in my paypal account that disagrees with you.

If you bought account its almost 100% sure that it will be perma banned without warning in the next 2 months you should have already known that its against Riot policies, all the rest of the people who bought accs ended up banned
