[Gameplay] Tahm Kench devour bug

When tahm gets stacks on an enemy, and is silenced through ANY mechanic, he can no longer devour the opponent after the silence ends. Even though they retain 3 stacks of aquired taste and you SHOULD be able to devour, w will not devour them. You have to re-apply the stacks before it's possible. Super annoying vs soraka or blitzcrank or anyone with a silence since it kind of ruins the mechanic. Tested and retested.
