Could you increase penalties for dodging?

It's so annoying when you have to wait the queue time, the ban phase, the champion select, just to have that one idiot who decide he's not gonna play a champion he didn't pick in One for All... That's so fucking frustrating...

Absolutely not, that shit is already wack. 6 minutes for first dodge, 15 for the second? I don't even mean to dodge, sometimes I just forget to lock in.

Then they should remove that stupid requirement to lock in.

I guess you don't understand why I oppose it (but in that case you're not in position to judge who's smart and who isn't, because the reason is really simple and obvious), so let me explain. The point is that the requirement is just unnecessary and sometimes obstructive - when you want to adjust your runes but you have to close the rune page to click "ban" or "lock in". Do you understand now?

I'm smart. It's not something that I ever had to ponder except when RIOT told me in a patch that it was required to do to enter a game. So other than that there was nothing left for me to understand about it.

The trick is, Riot needs to balance dodge penalties to discourage arbitrary dodges but so it's not overly punishing for mistakes or troll avoidance.
