Request for LeaverBuster case review

Alright, so I know what the title sounds like. And I know what many people are thinking. "Oh, it's just another noob that ragequit and wants to get his time removed", or "Great, another kid that acted up and screwed his team over looking for an easy out." but... If I'm honest, I don't even want my 'punishment' rescinded. I just want another look to be taken at how LeaverBuster operates, because this is kinda ridiculous. I live in a location where I have decent internet, but my computer occasionally de-synchs from the modem so I have to do a full restart to get my game connection back. This happened to me last night while I was playing with two friends in Draft Pick normals (This was on 3/18/2016).

So by the time I get my PC rebooted and re-connected to League... The match is over. And I have a nice, juicy LeaverBuster ban, for 5 games, where I have to wait 10 minutes before I can even play again. I don't play League much anymore, so maybe it's based off how many games it's been since you left (Or, in this case, DC'd and didn't re-connect.), but this is the first instance in a few weeks where I've disconnected from a game and not re-joined before the match was over.

All I'm asking is that you guys take a look at parameters again? Because this seems kind of harsh, and honestly, I don't want to play what little I do if the system continues down this route. What's worse, is that I can no longer earn keys or chests for Hextech Crafting until I work out 5 games, which is probably going to take me the better part of a week, and I was looking forward to trying to earn a chest since I already have nearly two keys crafted. (I got quite lucky, and got a fragment in each game I had played until then.)

Edit: I'm a dum-dum. I'm still eligible for earning Hextech rewards, but that still doesn't address the LeaverBuster over-sensitivity issue.
