The people that I generally hate in this game

So I just really hate these kind of people in this game ever since I started to play here in NA server after I moved to Canada from the Philippines:

The people that ping me over and over again with the "Question Mark" ping after I do a mis-play (this pisses me off, a lot)
The "Keyboard Warriors" that think they're providing "justice" by remarking on my mistakes
Toxic people (obviously)
The people that tilt and rage when I do a mis-play even when they're not performing good as well.
The people that are legitimately inting or trolling in my games.
Overall, people that just like to be negative So my question is this: how do you guys deal with this kind of stuff? From my experience playing LoL in the PH Garena region, I have never encountered this much toxicity/aggressiveness in the community as much as here in NA. I'd like to here your thoughts in this to whoever is reading this.

If you hit enter to type, and then use the mouse, you can grab the chat window by its border and move it down, offscreen. It will stay that way until you move it back up. It's not like you need it. You can literally play LoL for years without ever hearing even a single positive or helpful comment in the in-game chat.

I honestly have no idea how anyone plays this game with chat on. The community is so awful, I would have uninstalled after two days, had I not figured out how to silence everyone. Even with chat off, I still take two breaks each year to go play (decompress) in Heroes of the Storm, where you can turn chat off completely, and mute the map pings of the !!!! and/or ???? spammers.

I just ignore them most the time.

Sometimes I laugh at their sillyness

Basically ignore them. The only time I've gotten extremely annoyed is when I ping mia on the enemy mid laner (a TF no less), they ganked top, and I was then spam pinged by our top laner after he died to them... for three to four cycles of his available pings.... in fact most of that game my team didn't realize I was pinging mia, so I've started spam pinging my pings (only 3-4 times) to make sure people notice.
