Rito bans people for not even flaming anymore.

So game 2 came before game 1. Got a duo of trolls who flamed the whole time. I stayed calm and just explained to them why we lost lane vs a Draven/Soraka, which most people who... you know... aren't bronze, would realize how AIDS of a lane that is. But I digress.

Got banned for "flaming and toxicity" toward other Summoners but... I don't see it. I actually don't see anywhere where I was directly or even indirectly flaming another summoner. I was apparently reported for not wanting to defend a tower from a 5 man push. I sat mid and farmed. It's not worth my time.

Justified? Or is Riot Jenny doing another one of her moodswings where she bans people for even looking at her.

Not mad about it. I'll just keep buying more accounts (shameless plug to lolsmurfs.com) and doing it over and over again. I just found this perma to be interesting out of all of them. Zero flame, still get banned. Lmao.

Were you recently given a 14 day suspension?

From the Instant Feedback System FAQs:

PUNISHMENTS GENERALLY FOLLOW A BASIC ESCALATION PATH:

  • First Offense: 10 Game Chat Restriction
  • Second Offense: 25 Game Chat Restriction
  • Third Offense: Two Week Suspension
  • Fourth Offense: Permanent Suspension

If you had a recent two week suspension, and have not had enough time to work your account back into good standing, then any further violations of the ToS can/will result in the permanent suspension of your account. This is explained in the email sent at the time of the 14 day suspension, when it says that the account is on its last warning.

In this case, while there is no hate speech, there is a lot of arguing and condescension. The first match has 30 straight lines of typing where you are telling Draven that he's doing the worst and arguing about builds. Even if you typed it all at once, that's an incredible amount of time spent arguing, but it's obvious from context that it wasn't straight typing. It was drawn out in a back and forth argument, which means it lasted even longer. That kind of arguing detracts from time that you can be playing. It distracts you and your teammates, and spending that much time typing opens people up to dying unnecessarily.

The second match doesn't have the same sort of arguing, but it falls under the Negative Attitude report category, which encompasses griefing and giving up. While there is no griefing here, it looks like you were tilted almost from champ select on this one. And that happens. Everyone gets tilted. But you don't have to go on and on about it, trying to bring the rest of your team down with you.

But even taking both matches into context, I don't see anything in them that would warrant an escalation up to a permanent suspension if you were not already at the 14 day suspension level. These logs would not bring a player from no punishments to an instant permanent suspension. Without any prior punishments, they would contribute to a chat restriction though, and if you've had a 14 day suspension, then any further infractions can cause the account to be permabanned.

You spend a lot of time telling other people how to build/play their champions.

I've had to deal with someone like you at work and you know what? It's exhausting. It doesn't help. All it does is distract. It distracts them because they are paying more attention to what I'm doing than their own job, it distracts me because I no longer trust anything they tell me and actively avoid being in the same room as them, and it's distracting to everyone else who are forced to listen to them. And there's no mute button.

In fact, it reached the point I had to file a harrassment statement against them.

So, yeah. I'd say your ban was justified.

Game 2 seems more punishment worthy. You're giving up and harassing your adc, claiming they have low knowledge and are just talking out his ass. Game 1 featured some harassment, saying Driven is doing the worst. You also dedicated a lot of chat to complaining about being camped.

I'm thinking you recently came off of a punishment, which is why these two games resulted in another punishment.
