Who's the actual troll and how is this reviewed?

In this match, I am the Gangplank. I actually tried to win and didn't realize that my ENTIRE team was AFK in spawn well until Vayne asked me if I had nothing better to do and if I liked wasting people's time. This isn't really me trying to find a place to b***h and complain cause I really wanna know now- how is this match reviewed for punishment? Technically by League rules I was trying to win until the whole team excluding me surrendered, despite the scoreboard looking terrible. Everyone but me went AFK in well, but started with the bot lane. How is a game like this reviewed exactly, and how would punishment be dished out? Personally I don't think the mid laner and jungler deserve punishment because they actually tried to gank and help progress the game, and ultimately gave up when both bot laners went AFK with a sound "GG" from Vayne. Would the mid and jungler get punished for going AFK and giving up after bot lane or will they be fine? More importantly, am I trolling if I'm actively trying to win and everyone else has given up? I genuinely want to know if I'm trolling for not siding with people who gave up after losing lane or if I'm in the right for actively trying to win. Finally, would I get punished for not siding with the team? To them I wasted their time by extending the game by pushing lanes and farming up 3 lanes at once.
