every time this 1 trick got a kill with talon hes literally non stop reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee spam in chat, most absurd shit ive seen for awhile.

Then report it. Chat spam can earn a punishment, yes.
Also, the mute button is a thing. If it's so absurd then mute after the first time he does it and report him after.
