This game is complete Bullshit, my laptop froze and turned off and then i rejoined the game and finished it, then it gave me a penalty of 5 games for 20 minutes each. This penalty system is complete ASS

Why though? If someone leaves your game you're not gonna get upset and expect them to receive some sort of punishment?
First time won't be a 20-minute penalty. To get there, you need quite a history of abandoning games.
I have been the victim of a 3 day temp ban once. After a bad storm, power lines went down and my internet went out. When I logged back in, I had the leave buster and I asked why I got it after one instance.
Rather than saying anything about whether or not there were any previous afk/leaver reports or anything, the riot employee curtly emailed me "Don't play when your internet connection is unstable."
I found that interaction very unprofessional and inappropriate considering I don't know when Verizion's service cuts out and I'm not responsible for the weather as I'm not Janna.
I disputed it showing the service report emails I had with Verizion about the internet outages in my area after the fact out of principle because not only did that email exchange leave a really sour taste in my mouth about Riot customer service, and to clear my record. I got absolutely no resolution and the temp ban was over by the time Verizon fixed my internet and got me my service back but I disputed it because that employee was really unprofessional and surprisingly it actually disappeared from my ticket history on my account so not only was the particular employee really unprofessional in writing, he or she also removed it from my support history so that no one could see the interaction afterwards when I tried to follow up with a supervisor because no one was responding.
