TFT invisibility Bug

I've been playing a lot of TFT recently, and have noticed that on occasion, when you teleport to another players square or vice versa, their "sprite" is invisible and when you defeat them it does not show them taking any damage, it just skips to the next round. But they are still taking damage we just can't see it.
