@RIOT problems with champ concepts

I'm honestly not sure where to put this so I'll try here.

So Riot, if you see this, I'd like to fill you in on a little fiasco. A good friend of mine, Dreamwalker, made a champ concept called Ignis, the Flameweaver. Unfortunately, 3 other people, who will remain unnamed due to the naming and shaming problem, also made 3 champ concepts on the same day, all called ignis, both with the same exact text and everything. One was made 3 hours after the first ignis was made, the second was made after 5 hours. Both deny having copied, saying it was merely a coincidence. However, one of them later admitted to copying, though said that there was no problem in claiming it without giving credit.

This is a problem, Riot, and it should be addressed. No one wants something they made to be stolen, and it is unfair to Dreamwalker, who had the fantastic idea of Ignis.
