@RIOT problems with champ concepts

I'm honestly not sure where to put this so I'll try here.

So Riot, if you see this, I'd like to fill you in on a little fiasco. A good friend of mine, Dreamwalker, made a champ concept called Ignis, the Flameweaver. Unfortunately, 3 other people, who will remain unnamed due to the naming and shaming problem, also made 3 champ concepts on the same day, all called ignis, both with the same exact text and everything. One was made 3 hours after the first ignis was made, the second was made after 5 hours. Both deny having copied, saying it was merely a coincidence. However, one of them later admitted to copying, though said that there was no problem in claiming it without giving credit.

This is a problem, Riot, and it should be addressed. No one wants something they made to be stolen, and it is unfair to Dreamwalker, who had the fantastic idea of Ignis.

Actually I have the theory that some parralel worlds recently merged, which resulted in the same post being made with minor temporal differences by different people. This of course implies the influence of a entity able to manipulate the time and relative dimension in space.

I think this is actually the most logic reason for our current situation, because i honestly don't know how else this could have happened.

Wow... Some peoples' twisted sense of humor... It's not even like it's a clever creative prank like they probably think it is... It's just them randomly fucking with people because these guys have emotional issues.

That it is. And it caused Dreamwalker a lot of frustration to see his creations just being stolen like that. One of them quoted most of it from Dreamwalker's and then took credit.

It's not an issue of the idea getting used, it's an issue of someone creating a genuinely good and creative concept only for people to copy-paste it and claim it as their own.
