Who is in Charge of Player Behavior/Support Team
Everyone has a boss, over the last 3 weeks I have been trying to escalate my ticket and am being told that Player Support can not escalate a ticket.

I mean, from what i know all of the player support workers are on the same level So where would they escalate it? To someone who doesn't work in player support?
i got threat by one support employer , to stop and cut to write about my permanent ban , then happened lot's of thinghs , they ban me for asking information about what been toxic into my chat logs ,as they refused to tell me ... ,and after them analys when the IFS submited the ban over me , they haven't consult or told me what they considered toxic too and more many thinghs ... .
I had no chance to win in this fight , if i was writing again they was banning my account , so i started to talk to support about this .. ,without to give my name and username... etc... ,afte describing all the situation and many stuffs , they asked for my name of the account and the in game name.. , so i provide them , as that guy told me he wants to check and to help me out , problem is =)) that another guy comes in my ticket... , and ban me permanent on support over that account , and issue a permanent ban over accesing again support line assistance with any account i would try to connect using same ip .
Basically i haven't even been warned that i have ip ban... , and i connected to a friend account to acces support line assistance , as i had no longer account to explain this situation , they banned my friend account too on support line assistance .
Guess Riot support assistance staff dosn't have a superior in this case ,and neither clearly bounded rules about how they have to procced and action !! , they can do and act as they wish !!!! , no one cares if they broke rules or do something wrong... ,just players have to suffer!!!.
Is clearly that this isn't acceptable attitude from support assistance line + not cool to even be banned permanent over ip for not even insulting them.
