pings work in every elo.

There is also no "failure to communicate" option, plus no one ever got punished through that option. Unless you were using your available chat to harass others, their reports for "verbal abuse / harassment" will be counted as a false report and thrown out.

However, if you were harassing others through gameplay (trolling, inting, ping spamming), then I'll be laughing at you when you post here for your 14 day ban / permaban.

Wait patiently for the email to come, or you can send a ticket to support.riotgames.com and ask why your account was suspended.

I guarantee you its not for "failure to communicate"

You can be not sure, but I am sure you are not permanently suspended for "failure to communicate". (Notice I'm not calling it a permaban)

Reasons for direct perma-suspension;

Account chargeback
Hacked; account suspended for security reasons
excessive toxicity (in or out of game) and skipping punishment tiers
Excessive trolling
Unauthorized 3rd party program usage

I'm going to put my money on you being hacked for now.

You get limited chat messages when on restriction, so even if you think pings don't work you still have enough messages to communicate with chat. Don't waste them if you think it's needed for that.

they're pretty much wasted on telling my jg not to come to my lane when I don't need his uselessness with me Since im playing Singed with of course no dmg so I dont see why he/she is coming for me when they could be helping our mid or bot get fed
