Toxicity getting worse every day

So, I've been playing this game since end s3/start s4, but am about to quit (again) after realizing (again) that I haven't had a fun match in a long while. Truth be told, I am bad at the game, but that is no reason for the huge amounts of toxicity. Back when I started, there'd always be the one guy on the team who flamed everyone in an explosion of swear words, and they'd get reported (which is already quite a negative community). Now, a few years later, it's the other way around; one person on the team gets targeted for flaming, and the entire team jumps in. though it's easy to mute/block people, it seems weird how often that needs to be done. Reporting doesn't matter anymore, since most people don't get punished, which is understandable, since the tribunal has been under maintenance for a very long time. This, of course, does mean the community gets more and more toxic by the day; non-toxic people either become toxic or leave, while toxic people stick around, bashing eachother's head in (mentally). Looking at my block list, there's no real reason to play this game anymore.
