Can we get some kind of sticky topic for really frequent things?

I don't know about you guys but it seems to me that half the PBM frontpage on any given day is about these little perception issues that will be asked again in a few days by another dozen people. Players come along and answer them in good faith, but honestly if someone called me out for a source of most of my answers I'd just have to shrug. There's a lot of little 'things you just know', except going by the forums a lot of people don't know them.

I think a lot of that trouble could hopefully be saved by having a red/blue sticky at the top with some official comment on common topics like:

• 9 reports in 1 game means more than 1 report in 1 game.
• HALP! I got some kind of poorly worded warning about being reported but I didn't do anything. What gives?
• OMG I got permabanned first time I hate you all!
• Someone spite reported me because I reported them and now I'm gonna get banned I hate you all! (Side note, how do people even know that?)
• Things that Riot considers to be valid for reports but people don't seem to expect. e.g. "gg ez", calling for others to be reported

I'm sure there are others I don't have at the top of my head.
