So it's ok for my team to ban the champ I have hovered and even better when I try some champ and do bad just to get a 14 day suspension?

It is okay for someone to ban a champion that is hovered, yes. Often it's a good idea, such as when your last pick is hovering a hotly contested champion and the enemy team has first pick. It's frustrating, but there's no rule against it -- otherwise it would be super easy to hold good bans hostage as a way to troll your team.

Doing badly will not get you a 14-day suspension. Do you have your reform card? It should say whether you were punished for intentionally feeding or for other behavior, and THAT will let us know why the system banned you.

let me explain so you can grasp what i mean if u had 2 peoples stats in front of you and one was say 1 and 15 the other is 0 and 9 what would you think? did i mention that the 0 and 9 was the intent feeder but the one who died almost twice as much was the poor player. with out me telling you the scenario what would you think?

If you presented to me those two scores (and I was expected to give some sort of judgement of punishment), the first thing I would do is investigate each one further to determine if their feeding was intentional.

You're just not getting it. Being bad at the game is not against the rules nor will it ever be. People will be bad at video games. The punishment for being bad at a game is losing.

Intentionally throwing the game is being an asshole. Something that a person can easily control and not something that is socially acceptable.

riot doesnt investigate all they see are the stats and the reports by the players and riot can say 9 reprots in a game is the same as 1 report you and i both know thats a load of crap. Its probability, geee i have 9 reports coming from 1 game chances are the player that was reported did something bad. any thing can be seen as intent throwing the game is not chasing recalling, running away from team fights not intent throwing the game? why yes it is

its called logic and i have had games where all 9 people reported 1 person and bam i got notified then i have had games where 1 person was reported and nothng happened becuase what that person did was far worse. so its logic and you as a person probably wont admit im right, so YOUR saying that say you were riot and there was a game where 1 person was reported 9 times vs a game where 1 person was reported these are the same hmmm yah right

That's faulty logic. You don't have a full picture of the situation as a player. The person you (and the other players in the game) reported may have already been up for a review on the next report.

Your claim is like claiming that drinking bottled water cured your cancer because it went into remission at the same time you started drinking it.

Uh. It is faulty logic, or more specifically, it's coming to a conclusion without understanding all the variables.

One of the most important rules when coming to a conclusion in an experiment is to determine (and limit) the number of variables so that you can be sure that X causes Y.

Your statics professor would cry at your assumption of a conclusion from one person's personal experience without knowing all the variables.

Kills + Deaths is such a small fraction of what someone contributes to a game I'd throw you out and say "get me some real stats, or better yet a replay"

What was their damage to objectives? Damage to champions? Assists? Wards placed? Wards Killed? How many times did they draw away the enemy team to let someone try and get something on the other side of the map? How many times were they just out played? How many of those deaths were they close to getting a kill in exchange?

If 0/9 is intentionally feeding, would 0/7 be intentionally feeding as well? Or 0/8? What's the line if you're looking at just Kills + Deaths?

it was a scenario the 0 and 8 guy was the intent feeder while the 1 and 5 guy was not but say you didnt know that and all you had was the kda since getting object doesnt matter as far as getting banned becuase all they look at is the kda. again your trying to look deeper into something because what i said is true if you saw just the kda and people on ur team reproted both for intent feedign even though the 1 and 15 guy was just bad you would still get reproted and banned or what ever due to feeding is still feeding

All I can take from those statistics are that:

Both died many times
Neither got many kills

For all I know, you could be referring to a support who happens to have 30+ assists and is controlling teamfights (sacrificing themselves as necessary).

You would need far more information to come to any conclusions.

The difference is that people have the right to suck in general or have individual bad games, despite their intent being to have a good game.

Get off your high fucking horse about people "inting" when they're playing bad. We've all had bad games before. I'm sure you've had games where you got wrecked and wound up feeding your ass off, but unless you were deliberately throwing the game, you weren't literally "intentionally feeding".

Plenty of people play poorly at the game. They are not getting banned based on their skill otherwise we would see plenty of them come here.

I welcome you to post an example where someone was banned for intentionally feeding when it wasn't intentional (and Riot didn't reverse the punishment).

You're only responsible for your own actions in the game. You can't get banned for doing bad, I'm not even sure you can get banned for inting, probably just punished in some other way. You were most likely being toxic, don't paint yourself as innocent when you probably weren't. You probably have your chat logs, feel free to post them here.

Inting will result in a 14 day ban unless you have past punishments, then it will be a permaban.

You can't get banned for doing poorly in a game. Post your chat logs and your KDA from that game. That's the only way to prove you weren't verbally harassing others or intentionally feeding.

You can't be banned for doing bad. I have yet to see a case where this has happened, especially now that unusual play styles can't be banned.
