Toxic Champion or Toxic Player?

So as I'm sure everyone knows there's plenty of toxic players and of course Riot doesn't intend to do anything about them but that is common knowledge and not the point of this post. It seems like certain champions have a higher amount of toxic players than others. Yasuo, zed, draven and udyr players seem to be some of the worst in this regard. I can't help but wonder is it that toxic players are drawn to these champions or do these champions make players more prone to releasing their toxic behavior?

Seeing the amount of "I got unjustly banned" threads made every day, I would say you are wrong saying that Riot does nothing about toxic players.

As for champions, in my opinion there is a correlation between how much kill potential champion has and how toxic players who main them are.

I feel like you do see more toxic people on those champs, but you can't label the champ one for toxic players. I know, for instance, a Yasuo main who is genuinely a nice guy.
