Failure to accept match bug.

I keep getting a bug when attempting to enter an aram match. I will accept the queue up once a match is found but sometimes I will get a message saying I've failed to accept the queue even though I've hit accept. This is something that has reoccurred multiple times to the point where i'm getting warnings of being put in low priority queue even though i'm accepting the matches. Is anyone else having this issue?
