Saying "stop nagging me" once or twice is fine.

Calling someone a "nagger" is something I'd avoid, as, while it is a real word, it's an uncommon enough one that, without context, it seems like an attempt to avoid directly using hate speech.

There are other ways to address "someone who nags", we all know what "naggers" sounds like so I wouldn't try to justify/use it.

I guess it would depend on the context it is used in. If you use it in context that clearly says someone is nagging you it is likely fine. If you're using it to get around chat filters you'll get caught and punished for being "funny" eventually.

I don't know about you, but I don't think it would be even remotely worth the risk.
