Permaban

Hey all, So my account was permabanned recently, since I am a slightly toxic player I thought this was the case (even though in my 3 years playing I have had 3 restrictions in total if not 2). When bringing it up with player support I was told that it was not for toxicity but for the use of third party programs. Since I don't use third party programs, don't let other people use my account, and don't give my password out to anyone, is there any way of seeing what happened for this to be determined. I was informed that I can't be given any information on the ban period because it can compromise their system, but for me this is a complete and utter loss from the fact that it is unfair and unjust to ban an account that doesn't use them. Is this a way of saying they don't want any toxicity in their game and will use any excuse for it, or that someone hacked my account and there is no way to recover information of how or why. I am at a complete loss. I have an alternate account with the same password that wasn't banned for scripting but my main account was. I don't use scripts on either. Is there any possible way of figuring out what happened or if my account is able to be unbanned and put on restriction period or something. This is so confusing for me. Any information will help. Any.

For security reasons, Riot Support is unable to go into detail with you as to the specific third party program/modification detected. Know that Riot's detection is virtually 100% accurate in this instance - Riot's client monitors the integrity of it's game files and the client itself for injected code, suspicious input, and corrupted or modified files. As such, the ban is extremely unlikely to be overturned. Rioters in charge of the anti-cheat department do perform audits of the banwaves after they go out, and if they identify an issue with the detection they do reverse all bans applied incorrectly. That being said, I have not heard of them removing a ban without confirming there was an error.

Know that if you purchased your account, ever shared it with a friend, or used it on an unknown computer, that there may have been scripts/hacks on those computers or that those other players may have used scripts or hacks while playing on your account. Riot, again, for security reasons, will not go into when exactly hacks/scripts/etc were detected.
