How exactly can you come back with a "clean" slate?
So what I've never understood is how to get out of these "punishments" okay? So I understand that having a bad rep of sportsman like conduct will get you punished with thing like, permanent IP/account bans, chat restrictions, extended or low prioritized queue sets, etc. But what I haven't seen is completely abolishing them after long, repetitive good behavior because the rule is that you play a few games following the rules and it uplifts the restriction, but you're still on constant watch with heavy limited abilities.
So with that to say, let me explain. So far, I have been stuck with extended or low prioritized queue sets ever since way back from having a really bad unresponsive computer. And of course, I heavily upgraded my computer. I thought at least by now, things would have changed since the client update or that it has been a very long time from the last time I have last dodged or declined a queue. In fact, I've been queuing up with people who dodge more than ever. Especially in ranked games, which ends up turning the tide because your last teammate is now your enemy who remembers you before hand.. and if another ends up dodging again, it leads me to stopping the queue and not joining for a 20 minuets. But this begs the question. How exactly are these "Leave a buster" deciphered? Is clicking decline seen as, good, bad, intentional, unintentional, and or even just following the rules? My leave buster has proven to cause me lag issues because the priority of my connection to the server is below minimal due to other enforcements I laid upon in my past. And yes... This was before the relocation of league's servers. I mean, of course the connection became worse, but the issue has still yet to be attoned. I even have another account with a clean slate to test my theory, and I don't get the reoccurring issues. I don't like want to point fingers. I just want to know more and therefore I lack the ability to search in depth.
