I just had a game where a guy was openly calling me racist shit before and after the game but i dont know if anyone really reported him cuz their team had stuff goin down too but this was so terrible i rly dont want anyone having to deal with this guy ruining games. I acutally have screen shots of him and nobody even said anything to him at all. the thing that set him off was someone saying "hi." is there a way to email riot with screen shots so i can get this toxic player out of the community?

Better to submits a supper ticket if you don't think the report is going to cover it

Send in a support ticket naming the player(s) being offensive/racist/toxic.

Riot will deal with them accordingly.

after you get an email saying they are looking into your ticket, reply or add to that message and see where they are at in the process.

a human will reply. just gotta get past the robo bouncer first.

I actually emailed suppport one time about a troll I kept seeing, I don't remember his name anymore. This guy would get into games, mostly my games, and then run down mid and die the entire match. I reported this person every time I saw them but I believe I eneded up playing an unfortunate fifteen games with him over the course of two weeks. I finally got fed up and wrote to riot support, giving them his summoner name and his offenses. I also described the nature of all of the reports and that I had literally reported him EVERY time I saw him. The support technician that I was talking to said I should just go ahead and continue the reports through the report system, and I told him I was ready to take a break from this game cause I was seeing this person almost every day. After that I never saw that troll again, true story. IDK if they banned him or moved him to a different server, but I have not seen him in almost two years thankfully. The squeaky wheel gets the oil my friend. Sometimes you have to push the envelope to get people to see what the hell is going on in game.

Yes, out of game chat logs can be sent to Riot support, and they will investigate the matter.
