Changing runes to inspiration tree once all champs are fixed

I've been seeing and experiencing that when on my rune page and last champ picks, it will turn my rune page to inspiration automatically. I'll have all my runes saved before and save multiple times. It will change for seemingly no reason as I just edit my runes from the beginning of champ select. If anyone knows how to prevent this or if riot can fix it plz help. Not a nice feeling to lose a game because you have glacial augment and random run stat selection

Several days, and it's still on. No hotfix, after more than a week. Incompetence at its best.

Been happening a lot of times, sometimes it changes once in the middle of champ select and then a few times again after that, really hard to prevent.

Glad I'm not going crazy.

Bout to start a game as Glacial Augment Amumu. This bug has already cost me a few games.
