Ask Riot is glitched for me so I am posting here

Since I cant Ask Riot due to the page bugging out, I'll just paste it here. Your Support previously created a funny little video to create how our PCs communicate with the League Servers. https://youtu.be/LFNc04Xs0aw

I want to ask, (hopefully you'll answer in detail) What happens when I press Report and what's the difference between reporting to the Support and reporting from the client?

I would suspect that it's much simpler than that - your client simply sends the contents of your report to a Riot server. Another server (or program on that server) is "pulling" these reports one by one and evaluating them, and then it either punishes, "flags the account", sends for further review, or invalidates.

When you report in Support, I suspect they have an "app" or website or something in which they can manually send a report to this server - plugging in the summoner information, any comments, and picking the categories that the report fits under.

All reports are the same regardless of how you report them.

In fact tickets are slower cos a guy has to take your game and manually put it in the review pile, whereas a report from the client goes straight into the review pile.

The only time I would use a ticket over the post-Game system is when there was no post game screen (like a pre-game hate speech and then someone dodged) or I've reached the text limit in the post-Game reporting system.
