why need to ask? Just report and move on. Whether it's against the rules or not is up to Rito and your job is done after you reported.

Dude, just stop. Your posts are becoming spam. If you think something is reportable, just report it. If they didn’t do anything wrong, they will not get punished regardless of your report.
