Deep Terror Nami2 votesEverybody has bad games; I looked and their recent history doesn't immediately suggest that they intentionally throw, or that it was the case in that particular game. If you feel theor poor performance was intentional, use the post-game reporting.
Also, Arbiters are not Rioters.
Ciaoe1 votesI'm sorry Arbiters, they arent throwing but intentionally feeding, that taliyah for some reason went to the enemy's base turrents and died ,i was like wtf. 0/6, 1/7, 2/9, 0/10 dam those are some pretty bad numbers.
Edit: i wouldnt be in boards if the in game reporting system acutal does something, i could be wrong.

CheapKill1 votesJudging from past seasons the answer is a no, I believe it was stated before that if you had been banned or punished in anyway that you wouldn't get rewards.
ModPeriscope1 votesYou don't get season rewards if you were banned within 3 months or under chat restriction at season's end. I think they have freedom to change that rule though.

However, the punishment immediately after a 14 day ban is a permanent one, so losing Ranked rewards really isn't what you should be concerned about. You can bring your account back into good standing as you play games and show good behavior, though.
To be more specific about losing Ranked rewards, you lose them for;
These are of course last season's rules. They could change, but I think it's unlikely they'll change significantly, if at all.
