matchmaking

In the past 24 hours, I've played 5 games of ranked. Two of those games have been 4v5's, one was a 3v5, and one the jungler forgot his smite and our toplaner burned flash off spawn and refused to communicate with anyone for the duration of the game. In that last game, I was auto filled to support, whereas I'd normally play jungle and wouldn't need to worry about forgetting smite. I deranked off that last game. I'd love to just ask a question to Riot through support on why this might be happening, but I can't access it anymore, and it won't allow me to submit tickets while logged in. All I want is to know if this is some crazy streak of bad luck or if there's a hidden punishment system in place that is placing me in a lower priority queue or whatever. This is the most disheartening thing I've dealt with, and I just want to know.
