Someone/something added me as a friend, I accepted. I cannot find them on my friends list but it shows them online. I think it sends a message then removes itself from your friends list immediately.
This message came from some lvl 2 account.

Send the info to player support via a support ticket (click the support tab at the top of this page).
Your post was removed previously for posting a link to a boosting site. This is considered promotion, even when asking about how to report it. There is no need to post this here as this is not where you report boosting or players doing so.
If you want to report a player outside of the game, you'll need to submit a ticket to Player Support.
Make sure to select “I have a question About League of Legends/Riot Games” and category “Games and Features > General Questions”.
