when was that update because this is harsh. i have a 30 minute because i didnt pick my champ twice distracted by people talking to me and then my last lobby my team banned my 2 top lane that i know how to play..what?!?! i come here a lot but fuck you riot and the mods. dont even comment. so first your system is too lenient now its too harsh? makes perfect sense. also gotta love everyone reporting me for inting every game.
The dodge penalty has not changed in years. You have always been subject to a "queue lock out" after a dodge.
This "queue lock out" continues even when not in the client or logged in - it's 30 minutes exactly from the time of dodge - you can do whatever in the meantime.
This is different from Low Priority Queue which you must be present, in client, and in queue for, and it blocks other actions in client during.

thats not leaver buster, thats the dodge penalty, and its been around forever. 1st dodge is 5 mins, every other is 30, 24 hours since last dodge to reset.
Yea... their names are the same (low priority queue) but the functions are entirely different.
