I just have a quick question for ( hopefully riot employees ) y'all When we report someone for toxicity, and the program that reviews the chat starts running, does it go through just an in-game chat or it goes for the entire game ( champion selection and post-game screen )

It only sees the in-game chat. The pre/post game chat can be seen by a manual review though.

Recently, within the last month I believe, Riot Tantram has said that yes, the IFS does read the pre- and post-game chat. However, it does not YET show on the card. They're working on a way to get it to show on the card.
