Returning ex-toxic player; how do I ensure I don't get banned?

Heya forums, so now that I'm a grown man I don't flip out in games as much. I used to troll hard in this game because I was bored, got lots of bans (probably at least 4 or 5 tbh; last one I think was a month).

I'm keeping a level head as best as I can, I dropped a lot of money on skins/cosmetics and don't want to lose any progress.

Is there a way to ensure I don't get banned again because I fear that my next one may be a perma and I'll lose my progress/skins/champs.

EDIT: I should elaborate that I would like to know what is acceptable/what isn't because this game seems more strict

don't type and don't intentionally feed and you're guaranteed to not get banned.

If you have to type, limit it to things strictly pertaining to gameplay, like "rakan F" "noct by top" "dragon up"

Only type useful things, like when you want to tell your team what the strategy is; ie - take dragon, baron, towers, etc. If they're being friendly feel free to banter along but if you dont have much useful to add limit it or dont type it. That's the best advice I can give.

Don't insult other players.

Don't call for other players to be reported. Just report them yourself. 1 report in 1 game has the same effect as 9 reports in 1 game.

If someone is trolling, or being an asshole, or scripting, or breaking the rules in some other way, don't comment on it in chat. Just report them after the game.

Don't use "zero-tolerance" words in any context. These include, but are not necessarily limited to, homophobic, racial or ethnic slurs, anything encouraging suicide (including the acronym "kys"), and, what appears recently added to this list, the R word.

Don't get into arguments in chat.

Try to avoid negativity in general in chat (things like complaining).

Don't intentionally feed.

Don't troll in ways that aren't intentional feeding.

Don't play a different role than the one you were assigned in ranked or draft unless the player you're swapping with has clearly agreed to it beforehand.

Be a good player. Don't flame or be rude in chat. Don't afk, troll, or intentionally feed. Don't grief and have a pessimistic mindset such as "FF" "can't win" "lost game" when the game is especially winnable. I have seen so many people say this just at 5 mins into the game

Also, many people say "report <player>" in chat. DO NOT DO THIS. It is a toxic behaviour that many do not realize

And while you're at it, do not spam pings for being toxic. I have seen many toxic people who spam pings the person that muted them.

there is nothing you can do to avoid a language ban unless you <removed by moderation>

I was banned for calling a 50% win rate giga hardstuck player that was flamingmy entire team the entire time and using toxic sarcastic pings "low elo filth"

then I got a 25 game language ban for using similar insults on a camille jungle that invaded their jungle and died in a pincer and spent the rest of the game in my lane spamming emotes/recalls and taking my cs

despite me literally saying on champ select my laner would have priority in early game

well you should have started over with a fresh account. because dropping money on a account hats 1 step away from banned isnt a good idea

if you want to climb the ranked system, try and not trash talk and(or) help your team verbally(mentally).

if you just don't want to lose money. take your enter key and introduce it to the ocean.
