Rioters/Moderators, can we please get a better report option on the forums?

Lately here, I see a lot of naming and shaming on the boards and when I report I don't know what option best suits since they are all vague so I only report for "Harrassment" because it could potentially affect the named and shamed summoner. It would streamline the process to make yall's job easier, remove the infraction, and lessen the chances of it affecting the summoner.
