Dynamic Queue should be a Privelege, Not a Right.

Basically, what im asking for is that if multiple people get reported and atleast one of them gets punished that were grouped together, they all have their ability to queue together for Dynamic Queue untill their friends/their punishment ends.

Edit: This or harsher punishments in Dynamic Queue. If you cant behave civily with friends i doubt you can with randoms
