Just because someone insults you doesn't give you an exception to the rules to do the same back to them. "Useless shitter" is an insult, but so is "trash bag jungler." Don't insult players, and this won't happen. Just mute them and play on.

Thread title: "<wrong assumption presented as if it were true>... but <system working as intended>"

You can't flame in post game chat any more than you can anywhere else. It still gets reviewed if you get reported. The system is cumulative, and it's possible for bad-game protection to shield someone who's being especially virulent from getting punished immediately for something they say. That doesn't mean the system won't punish them, it just means that you won't be told if it does because it's not immediately after you reported them.

Well.. do you know what their behavioral history is like? The system punishes based on consistency x severity. Other than the super toxic chats (filled with hate speech) that is punished in 1 game, most people will accumulate a bunch of games before they get punished.

If you don't know what other people's behavioral history is like, you really can't go screaming for them to get a punishment.

To be fair, you could probably mute everyone manually in the time it would take you to type how useless everyone is.
