My problem with the game

I'm not gonna complain about balance or anything in this post (I think it is fairly balanced right now). The most annoying part of this game is that every time I queue for ranked I get someone who isn't playing very well and dies once then says something like ff15 or this game is over. Then they just split for the rest of the game even when they are taking some objective or at our own base. I would be fine with this if I knew that if I reported them they would get some sort of penalty but they wont, that is the worst part. You report them after game nothing happens! The only use of the report feature is for people who are toxic, that's the only people they punish is the toxic players or someone who is obviously inting with mobis running it down mid all the time (sometimes they don't get punished). It's super annoying how this happens basically every game, it's very tilting.
