The game crashed and didn't let me join after trying for over 20 minutes. It has never happened to me something like this is ludicrous.

I've been bearing with Dynamic Shit and the trolls and the unrankeds and boosted that appeared this season but this is the worst I've ever experienced. Riot fix your bloody game and don't punish players for bugsplats neither me nor my team because this is stupid.

The leaver buster system is very lenient initially, and intentionally so because we understand people occasionally have technical issues and real life emergencies.

The first time you leave or AFK, you simple have to type 'I Agree' to an in-client prompt. You then need to show a pattern of leaving after that to be hit by the punishment. So, while a strange crash may have caused your most recent leave, it takes a lot more than a single leave to cause the ineligibility.

Your game crashes a lot. It also kills my internet a lot. The vast majority of afk games are problems on your end, not the player's.

Don't queue for games if you're not confident about the connection. People who get hit by LeaverBuster afk a lot--enough so that even if none of them are user-end issues, they should be aware that there's a problem. If they're still queueing anyway they're ruining the game for a bunch of people.

I have had random bouts of bad internets sometimes you don't knkw its coming. Now if I'm ever unsure I do a bot game check. If the bot game plays fine I will move on to a regular game. Even then the game can randomly crash.

Of course not! But again it takes a LOT of leaves in a relatively short amount of time to trigger action from LeaverBuster... not just one. If the disconnects are being caused by client-side issues, at some point it becomes your responsibility to stop queueing for matchmade games until the issue is resolved.

Not at all. Only takes 2 afks in a short period to get a punishment. Maybe not restrictions from crafting, but you will get LPQ very easily.

Never had a problem with my connection, didnt have a problem with the connection anywhere else. Just the game refused to load.

i had 15 disconnects in hearthstone at Friday evening in like 2 hours. I could blame Blizzard because i never had problems before. But i decided to call my provider and comes out they had problems which got fixed 1 hour later.

Nobody ever thinks about the fact that neither you or the game is the problem. Its always the game, right?

Their game does not crash a lot. I've never had it crash unless you call power outages or internet interruptions a crash. The game is made to run on a toaster. Get a better machine or better internet. It's not fair to everyone else just because you want to play and are unable to support it

This wasn't a technical issue on my part, nor an emergency. The game refused to load, on my pc, on other pc, on another internet connection, after rebooting the modem, after rebooting my first pc. It didn't let me join, the game said it crashed and it counted as a loss for me which is totally unfair and stupid since my team was also punished for it.

The issue is, Riot can't tell if someone is having internet/client/computer problems or if someone d/c'ed intentionally, so they have to treat both the same.

The only way Riot can be sure there's a internet problem is if it's their servers that are having the problem.

Please don't take another free thing you give us away ;) If I DC for whatever reason, I'm happy to not get anything while I serve minutes of my time!!

I would feel very selfish to insist that if I broke the rules my punishment should be any different then all of us agreed to.
