News flash: Accepting kills from an intent feeder makes you the bad guy.

Intentional feeders can easily be shut down. They just run into the towers. If you dont attack them, they'll get executed and no one will gain gold. HOWEVER Players that DO attack these intentional feeders get money when they die to the tower. You are worse than the intentional feeder for letting him ruin the game.

It is definitely not the same feeling when you win b/c someone is intentionally feeding your team and you just crush the other team; it is not competitive and spoils the game.

However, I doubt people would shun away the free LP being thrown their way. I know what you mean exactly but it is just unrealistic to expect people not taking advantage of free kills when LP is involved.
