Can I please have leavebuster reset?

I afked and left games regularly over 4 years ago. I have since reformed. I haven't been leavebusted a single time in about a year. But I know, the moment life happens and I am forced to be afk or leave a game I am going to get punished as if I have been leaving games all the time. This no longer seems fair to me. Why is it that Riot give so many chances to people who are banned for inting, or verbal harassment, even reversing permanents, but continues to punish me for things I did 4 years ago.

LB does reset after certain amount of games without going afk. I know. I've been forced to afk more than a few times and never been LB'd.

How can you possibly know that you will be LB'd if you haven't been afk? There is only one way to know that your LB meter hasn't reset is if you know you've been afk in your games. What is this? Pre-emptive whine?

I think it does.

after a couple months you got a pop-up that said "You've been leaving games less lately and your status has improved"

Take your punishment like a man. I get LB all the time. Take your dog for a walk, watch some youtube, play another game. So much you can do while you wait.
