Dodging Queues discussion

Okay, so recently I dodged and of course I'm hit with a wait punishment. I've got nothing against it's a pretty fair thing except when you either A: Wasn't your fault(internet disconnection, bug so you couldn't lock in your champ, for example) or B: You did to avoid the trolls. I did the latter just now and I'm having to wait 25 mins. This has stacked up through a combination of both A and B situations and again I have nothing against the punishment system but it is a little...unfair depending on your outlook is. Normally I'd never dodge the trolls except when I'm playing Ranked. When someone's champ gets banned by a Teammate and you see a, "Time to troll" message in the chat what are we suppose to do? Accept the LP loss and cry silently in your minds? There's got to be a way for the other THREE people to dodge the queue who don't want to get punished with an LP loss for someone else's assery. I imagine some would just accept the loss but for those who struggling to climb to ladder it feels like this is just another obstacle in Bronze placements meant to keep us down forever. There are good players who are stuck in Bronze because of little things like these and there are a lot of little things that have stacked up on us now. I'm not mad and I'm not asking Riot to change anything since the only thing I can think of is a /remake at the start of the game with 3 voting yes but then it'd just be abused by other people who didn't get their ideal early games or enemy team as an "op" champ they'd rather not(never) play against. It would be nice though if we could report players from our queues if there was a way for us to do it without people abusing it. Any suggestion outside "accept the LP loss" would be nice. It just seems really unfair for the other three people to accept the loss when two are just being jerks.
