10-Game Chat Restriction

Hi all, received my first punishment today. Feels harsh though, please read the context for each line. Can upload vid to prove anything if needed.

There are DEFINITELY a few lines in there that are too much, but a 10 game chat ban? :(

Annoying seeing me get chat banned for a few lines against the rules. But the Annie Supp I had who didn't play his role and kept stealing my CS and flaming (not just me) hasn't been punished at all..

Game 1 was my Jhin game with Annie

GAME 2 I definitely deserved to be punished for, I let the whole team down due to one player's actions. I can't contest that, I felt really bad at the end.

GAME 1 I was the victim of a troll support, I said some nasty things which I shouldn't have said but...Me getting a 10 game chat ban while the troll support walks off scott free? That's unbelievable..

Understand that punishment isn't dealt through 1 or 2 games alone. You are punished for your consistent negative behavior.

The reform card only shows you 1-5 recent games as examples of unacceptable behavior, it doesn't show your overall behavioral history.

First off, the context doesn't matter. The automatic system isn't capable of reading into context. It judges you on your behavior alone. Don't feed the troll.

How do you know that the support walks off scott free? If you reported her, and her chat was toxic, it goes on her record and she might receive punishment before long, if she hasn't already. If she was just kill stealing, well, that may be rude, but it's legal. There's no punishment for that kind of thing. Just politely ask her to stop, and roll with it if she doesn't. You're not going to improve the situation by getting tilted.

Reading day after day those insignificant complains regarding punishments i am coming to the conclusion that RIOT needs more bans so people would create new accounts and purchase XP/IP boosts and skins. Usually those punished players are the most active and spends most money - golden goose for RIOT.

IMO yeah I say f*** a lot but that's because I'm human. That shouldn't have mattered with this, because if RIOT actually watched the game that this happened in and paid attention to the rest of the chat, they would see that its not ME that's doing the bannable offense but the other players that were flamming and yelling, but just because they threw all the blame on me, nothing happened to them..

Yesterday i got chat restricted because of a Vayne (i was support) who was inting/afk/griefing on purpose. Obviously me and the other 3 teammates got tilted because that Vayne wasn't even off the game. She was literally running in base. I already had a bad losestreak in ranked as it is, i just had to lose 19 lp because of a Vayne who isn't even trying and when she comes to lane she just dies. I guess I got frustrated myself and i have part of blame but i just don't get why nowadays giving up,feeding,afk-ing is better viewed than just someone making a point and using some "harsher" words. This is a little too much victimisation. As a support i am highly dependent on my adc so i can get into midgame. I don't mind if the ally misses a few skillshots or has bad positioning sometimes. But not being able to get 100 cs after 25 mins and just straight afk, that is a tilter. I never flamed anyone right off the bat or because of a misplay. I only flamed when visibly people wouldn't listen. I remember so well all those times when me or a teammate was literally spam pinging an objective so we can get ahead and win, and 1-2 people would go elsewhere and do anything else, therefore losing that lead. I guess that tryhards are being seen badly by Riot, and even if i am spending a lot of time on the game and supporting the company as well as i could (skins), it seems that i am to blame if i get rightfully harsher with somebody.
