... and when you know riot doesnt care about what is said outside of the game, even if you screenshot him saying the worst things in existance, riot supprt will close the ticket as "done" and nothings gonna happen.

This happened to me on my alt once, a fellow boards user added me (we were lvling new accounts) and after I had a joke with the enemy mid laner he started to spaz out in chat. Reported him, nothing ever happened
