What do you do about a player with an "Honorary Teammate" Ribbon who clearly boosted for it [Toxic]

So, what do you do about an "Honorary Teammate" with a ribbon he has clearly boosted for, the guy was insanely passive aggressive toxic, and 4 man queued with his trolling teammates, most likely honored him after the game aswell, they blamed me for being toxic, which I was not, I muted the game shortly after it started, just because I knew they where a 4 man troll team from the start (Tank LaBlanc support, Jhin Jungle ect). Aswell his friend went AFK, and his Jhin Jungle friend intentionally feed 14 kills the entire game, eventually we FF'd 1-3 (His friend AFKed) after 3 other votes.

EDIT: I didn't mention the Honorary Teammate was the one playing Tank LaBlanc support.
