Riot seriously if you sextuple the bans for negative and toxicity maybe the society wouldnt trash type all time.. No it has nothing to do with mute buttons.... Pls just try it for one week and lets see what happens...

Best not to give any punishment system a quota if you want to keep it fair. If Riot starts aiming for a certain number of punishments then there's gonna be a lot of false positives. I agree that the punishment system needs to be stricter, because dear lord there's a lot of toxicity in this game, but this isn't a good way to do it.
