Report for player.

I have a screenshot from a super toxic player, using hate language in pre-game lobby. I am aware I am not supposed to post any information about a reported player (IE their name) here. They also continued to be toxic in game, however I already reported them for such. Riot, how would I submit my picture for a report review? Thank you.
