Can you please simply make an option for a team vote to dodge and not be punished, it's REALLY easy and REALLY common sense, just put it in, thank you.

I would say maybe only implement it in soloQ ranked, but you'll soon be able to soloQ with a group of 4/5.

then they should make an option for the ones that don't wanna go against premades and just wanna do solo queue with others that are solo.

HoN and Dota have it. If it's before a certain time mark, a vote to remake the game is available in case of dc's etc. Pretty sure it's unavailable after the 10 minute mark or something like that. Honestly I'm surprised Riot hasn't implemented something like this already.
