Incompetent players or bots. I'm talking run into towers and die but it looks like they're "having a bad game".
What's a Meta? and other clueless player types.
Horribly skewed win:loss ratio's in Promo's. Literally 80% wins turn into 20% wins in promos. Don't believe me? Go do the math.
New Queue is just well... horrible. It's not an improvement in any way. It didn't solve any previous issues and created new ones.

Just a friendly reminder that this crap is still HUGELY prevalent and affects 90% of my games.

Yes, it sucks really really hard. We've all played with quitters, not much to say on this one.
Incompetent is a pretty harsh way of calling someone less-skilled, and while it might be true, you just have to accept that not everyone is going to be amazing at the game. Hell, I'm the first person to call myself "bad" when I mess up. If you're at that elo, you're just gonna have to deal with it. Granted, if the matchmaker is doing it's job, your opponents should be just as bad. As for actual bots, well yeah, sorry you had to deal with that.
Some players genuinely don't know. It shouldn't be common in ranked, but it is possible to get to level 30 playing bots, and anything goes in bots. Giving them some tips here and there (and being nice about it) will probably be appreciated, otherwise just focus on your own play and try to work around them.
I've played this season starting at Bronze 2 and I'm currently Silver 1, so my sample size isn't huge. I personally did have to deal with a few incredibly toxic players, and terrible terrible throws (that were probably legitimately my fault as much as my team's). I even had to retake the B1 Promo a couple times because I was demoted back down to B2 shortly after getting there the first time. But I still managed to climb a little bit, so maybe I just beat the odds, huh?
I don't really have any complaints with the new queue, but I didn't play that much ranked with the old one, so I don't have much to compare it to. I queue up solo but main support/ secondary mid, so that's probably in my favor anyways.
