Reporting people and me

I am now chat restricted so congratulations riot on actually come up with a punishment. it sucks to only be toxic so often and not all the time with all the flame I get.

On to the point I haven't reported people after thinking it doesn't do anything. Now that I know it does do something I would report people again. I got to thinking after doing it though because I'm in the top 5% most toxic people in the community do you even look at my reports? Or do I just have to sit and take the abuse everyone gives me. (Which funny story made me yell at them so I got chat restricted)
