Get rid of the third party moderation as the only thing they've done is confuse the community
Nothing good comes out of it, the amount of mistakes committed by them is too great as they continuously refuse to their job by not submitting a detail information as to why they removed your content. The current restrictions for boards are great, but moderation is too easily malleable into a tool for real trolls who uses their smurfs with good standing to abuse the report function. Proof of this is how 2 to 3 people who are directly related to the moderation and act as supervisors have to constantly go on and review each complaints brought forth by someone in the community.
The fact that other mods cant do this themselves and have to rely on a very few people for this so called visible moderation is quite unprofessional.
