Because Riot's balance team clearly don't care anymore, the game is not fun anymore. The only way to have fun playing this game is to troll such as stealing your junglers camps, off meta picks, and getting your teammates killed using champions like Tahm or Bard.
Why should people be banned for having fun?

We want you to get excited, to have tension-filled moments, and to celebrate your success. This doesn't mean that we're okay with you ruining anybody else's day. Remember, taking a jab at your friend in the middle of the game is a lot different than making a glib remark at a complete stranger. Someone who is unfamiliar with what you consider playful may take your comment as an attack and react unfavorably. If two players on a team start fighting, good communication and teamwork become nearly impossible. Once communication breaks down, the likelihood of victory is drastically diminished. It isn't uncommon for simple, good natured teasing to spiral out of control into a loss, so do yourself a favor and don't run the risk of sabotaging your own success.

The reason people report trolls is because trollsruin the fun for others. So logically, if trolling really was the only way to have fun in this game, trolls wouldn't be reported, let alone banned.

while i dont think trolls should be banned outright i do think if they at least keep it playful while not making someone else not have fun where is the harm me and a group of friends to make a full squad decided to goof off one day got a penta kill as adc sona so i do think it should stay playful and not be done with randoms only troll with a group of friends who know you just wanna goof off and have fun.
