Feels bad playing in low elo

Recently I got permanently banned on my diamond account and I decided to make a smurf,a fresh start being a positive summoner. I played the provisionals with a bronze noob friend,we did 10/0 and i ended up in bronze IV.The games were so easy that it felt like i was stealing a candy 🍬 from a baby 👶. And it really felt bad watching 5 players flaming,going afk and raging at each other. Also by playing with my friend I made him go to a division that he doesn't deserve (platinum) and he will surely destroy the games on that elo.

So guys, I am feeling guilty for what I have done,my karma must have been f'd up after this and I am asking you what I should do.
